This virtual coaching will help us dive into what your personal concerns are for pregnancy, or the postpartum period and problem solve them together, using evidence-based practices and handouts when needed in order to meet your unique needs! "Is my child meeting their milestones?" Fear not! All kiddos are different and hit their milestones at their own pace. However, it is never too early to understand how gross and fine motor skills, social, emotional, and cognitive skills develop with our infants and toddlers. With this program, you will receive information on age ranges for developmental milestones, as well as education on how to guide your child to develop these skills naturally through exploration and play.

Nearly 24% of U.S. women are affected with one or more pelvic floor disorders (NIH).. Staying active during pregnancy and properly recovering during the postpartum period can greatly reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and pelvic floor dysfunction if done properly. 1:1 coaching services provided virtually or in-person (local only) will be tailored to your individual goals.
This initial evaluation and training includes a postural assessment, external muscle testing for diastasis recti, and a workout to assess your form, strength, and muscle imbalances. This also includes personalized macro guides and nutrition "starter pack" and follow up email with training recommendations.
Individual training sessions: 30.00/hr
Check ins will now take place online through our app, where there will be constant connection to your trainer! This service includes weekly check-ins, and we will review personal macros (if tracking), habits, sleep, fatigue, mood, etc. We will collaborate and problem solve obstacles for health and wellness. Exercise programs will be updated weekly based on needs.

This is for those who do not wish to join the app, but want general education for a smooth start! to be hard, and it definitely doesn't have to be boring! This guide comes with personalized macros tailored to your current needs (pregnant, breastfeeding, etc) as well as all the information you need to start you on the right track with your fitness journey. Topics include nutrition, snack list, supplements, meal-prepping 101, eating out, hormone health, a quick look into mental health, and more!
