Fitness. the right way.

I've been there. I know what it is like to not recognize myself in the mirror. To try diet after diet, jump between exercise programs, and try the latest "detox tea." I know what it is like to start a program only to give up a few weeks into it because I was revolving my life around a program instead of fitting a program into a life worth living. I know what it is like to be pregnant, breastfeed, and find strength again. I know what it is like to feel lost, insecure, and confused with all the contradicting fitness advice from "experts" on social media. 


WEIGHTLOSS IS HARD. Not because it's difficult technically, but because you have to be able to stick to a plan. Progress takes time, and who has time for failed attempts due to unrealistic and unsustainable expectations? If it is too restrictive, not enjoyable, and you can't wait for a program to end... it is not for you.  My goal is to help you enjoy the journey to a stronger, healthier, happier YOU. 


Mindfulness is about being present in the moment and understanding what is happening in your body and in your mind. A true transformation doesn't just take place on the outside, but in your head and heart as well. I am your biggest fan/cheerleader, and we work together to combat your biggest obstacles to health and wellness. Stress, sleep, self-care, and self-esteem are prioritized, as well as a cognitive behavioral approach to habits, negative internal dialogue, triggers, and unhealthy coping strategies. 


Client training is available in-person for local clients and virtually through an all-inclusive app that gives you access to everything you need to be successful!


The app includes: 

- Customized workouts based on equipment or workout location, time constraints, and workout style preference

- Nutrition tracking, using portion control or customized macros

- Multiple datapoints for tracking progress including body metrics, lift progressions, and progress photos

- Internal chat function, including group chats if you're on the journey with a friend!

- Internal challenges such as WODs

- Video and photo education, file uploads, and SO MUCH MORE!
